The Meeting Room is located in the American Repertory Theater's new Zero Arrow Theater building, at the intersection of Arrow Street and Massachusetts Avenue in Cambridge, a seven-minute walk from Harvard Square.

The best of Cambridge is located just outside the door--stroll the Harvard campus, visit the neighborhood bookstores and coffee houses, or head across the Charles River to Boston's many appealing neighborhoods.

The Meeting Room is wheelchair accessible via the main entrance on Massachusetts Avenue and there is a ramp from Mount Auburn St. to the Massachusetts Ave. entrance.

Getting to Cambridge
Boston's Logan International Airport is located across Boston Harbor. Taxis, airport shuttle busses, and public transportation are all available to take you to Cambridge. For the best route and method of transport, check the Massport web site. Amtrak serves the South Station which is on the Red Line subway; take the Red Line to the Harvard Square stop.

Getting to Two Arrow Street

• By Car: All day on-street parking is virtually impossible to find in or around Harvard Square. Nearby parking garages include the University Place Garage, 124 Mt. Auburn St. ($23 per day), The Inn at Harvard, 1201 Massachusetts Ave. ($25), and the Harvard Square Hotel, 110 Mount Auburn St. ($25).
• By Subway: Take the Red Line to the Harvard Square stop. When you get off the train, head toward the Harvard Square exit signs. Walk South (towards Central Square) on Massachusetts Avenue for about 5 blocks or a little over ¼ mile. Harvard Yard will be on your left, and you’ll pass Au Bon Pain and lots of retail stores on your right. After you pass The Inn at Harvard on your left, Two Arrow Street will be one block down on your right. The entrance to The Meeting Room is on the right end of the building.

Getting Around Cambridge
The Massachusetts Bay Transit Authority (the MBTA or the "T") has bus, subway, commuter rail and even boat routes that navigate throughout Cambridge, Boston and surrounding neighborhoods and towns. Taxi service is also readily available.

Hotels within walking distance of The Meeting Room at Two Arrow Street include The Inn at Harvard, the Harvard Square Hotel, the Sheraton Commander Hotel, and The Charles Hotel. Other hotels in Cambridge include the Hyatt Regency Cambridge,
and Le Meridien Cambridge.

Meals
Continental breakfast will be provided from 8-9am. Snacks for the two coffee breaks are included. There are many restaurant choices for lunch in Harvard Square; a list of local restaurants and addresses will be provided at the workshop.
